Strength in Numbers

We know we're always better together. That's why we offer affordable, weekly community classes that include yoga, chair yoga, and interval training to help you reach your goals. Our professional staff and personal trainers can adapt these workouts to any fitness level. 

We also offer weekly group guided meditation sessions and regular wellness seminars lead by members of the community.

All group classes are only $10 each!

Interval Training

Saturdays at 9:00am

Led by an experienced, certified personal trainer, this class can be adapted to fit your needs, goals, and any injuries or limitations. Each week we choose different exercises and unique combinations of movements and equipment to challenge your muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness. You'll be able to push yourself at the pace that's right for you as we cheer you on!

Mind Stretch

Saturdays at 10:00am

This is a special class. Mind Stretch starts with about 10 minutes of gentle, easy stretching that can be done from a chair, the floor, or however you're most comfortable. After relaxing our bodies a bit, Kim leads us through a guided visual  meditation including affirmations, mindfulness techniques, and beautiful imagery that will leave you feeling calm, centered, and ready to ease into your weekend in a positive mindset. This class pairs great with the interval training class at 9:00! We are also pleased to offer Mind Stretch virtually through Zoom for those who prefer to practice at home. If you'd like to participate either in person or online, simply sign up at the link below and we'll send you the Zoom meeting info before class.

Vinyasa
Flow Yoga

Sundays at 11:00 am 

Move, stretch, and enjoy an energizing opportunity to focus on yourself. Sydney guides us through this faster-paced class that emphasizes strength and stability, both mentally and physically.

Restorative
Yoga

Sundays at 12:15 pm

Join Kim for this deeply relaxing, slow-paced, restful style of yoga that can lower cortisol levels, improve pain, and reduce stress. You will be supported by props as you breathe and let go. Pair this class with Sydney's Vinyasa Flow for an amazing Sunday!
