We know we're always better together. That's why we offer affordable, weekly community classes that include yoga and interval training to help you reach your goals. Our professional staff and personal trainers can adapt these workouts to any fitness level.
We also offer weekly group guided meditation sessions and regular wellness seminars lead by our team and members of the community.
All group classes are only $10 each!

Mondays at 5:00pm
Led by Kim McDaneld, this accessible, adaptable yoga class is perfect for beginners or those with injuries or limitations that prevent you from participating in a typical yoga class. Using chairs and props like blocks and bolsters, Kim will take you through a 45 minute yoga flow from your chair or standing beside your chair, followed by 15 minutes of breathwork and meditation. Kim is highly skilled in modifying poses to suit your needs, so come as you are!
Wednesdays at 6:00 pm & Saturdays at 9:00am
Led by an experienced, certified personal trainer, this class can be adapted to fit your needs, goals, and any injuries or limitations. Each week we choose different exercises and unique combinations of movements and equipment to challenge your muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness. You'll be able to push yourself at the pace that's right for you as we cheer you on!
Saturdays at 10:15 am
This is a special class. Kim leads us through a guided visual meditation including affirmations, mindfulness techniques, and beautiful imagery that will leave you feeling calm, centered, and ready to ease into your weekend in a positive mindset. This class pairs great with the interval training class at 9:00!
Sundays at 11:30 am
Move, stretch, and enjoy an energizing opportunity to focus on yourself. Sydney guides us through this faster-paced class that emphasizes strength and stability, both mentally and physically. She is also able to modify each movement to suit your individual needs.
